Fuzzymind, I think that may be your problem. Self-labels stem from cognitive distortions such as all-or-nothing thinking..Once you apply a label, it tends to stick. Many of us with self-esteem issues have a tendency to make these cognitive errors. You are not alone there. Keep working on the Burns book. It has helped me during times of trouble. In fact, I need to go back to it right now. Good luck. It's good to see that the book is helping you. :-)
