I don't know the details of his case so that wasn't fair of me.
They said that they didn't find him to have taken advantage of patients.
Except about the inappropriateness of him sending a photo of a newborn (presumably without the permission of the mother -- but it didn't actually say that).
People who are involved in risky sexual practices should have particular interest in maintaining their health. It's possible he was professional when he was working. He said his current clients haven't left -- but he wasn't getting new ones.
So I don't know.
But he paid 1 mill for court costs. Interesting.
