we do know it, though...
guys can belt out push ups and pull ups after some training.
women... train really hard just to do one with good form. and they tend to remain exercises more in the 'strength range' (up to 5 reps) rather than being able to belt out sets of 10 or ever being in the position to use those movements as genuine conditioning exercises (more than 10 reps per set).
and it isn't through lack of trying / hard work.
i have heard it just is strength and speed / strength. not able to match.
something about if you match women for men with muscle mass and type then you start to have comparable outcomes...
but i'm not actually sure.
i am genuinely interested in this...
