The perpetuation of violence

There was an interesting report on today's news.

A boys home for the boys who could not be controlled in other boys homes, has had the crimes of its ex-inmates tallied.
(Unfortunately I don't know the size of the boys home.)
It must have been a really hard place for really bad boys (however made).

Anyway, the startling fact was that if you added up the violent murders by ex-inmates, you came to 35.

I will find out more tonight.
