First, omg. This was better than television. Again I ask, why am I the one on meds? O.K. Our commentator cracked out the beer. Pretty early. That counts as medication.
Second, I can only hope for the absolute best regarding Murdoch. Which means the worst for him. However, such outrageous behavior has time and again been spun into such nonsense that nothing comes of it. Yet, since it involves the patently shameless hacking of 911 phone messages, maybe people will be truly pissed.
That impulse to hope. Like waiting for the truth to out. Like waiting for Godot.
What was that definition of insanity? Repeating the same act and expecting a different result?
I remain hopeful. I hope this in itself is not a bad omen.
