I hate to think how American politicians will react if the financial thing in Europe spreads to the US currency and the US is subject to the same constraints that the markets place on other countries.
None of us so far has been good handling Julian Assange and it is an absolute indication of the decline since 1945, with the possible exception of the McCarthyite era.
Who has called for his murder?
The assistant to the Canadian PM calls for his assassination
Mike Huckebee calls for the death penalty for him.
Sarah Palin calls for him to be tried as a terrorist.Who else?????
And why?
Because he has (so irritatingly) broken no laws.
He raised his hand against the Empire and embarrassed some people.
God help us when the sh*t really hits the fan.
