They're never going to say anything good about her, and for all I know that overwhelmingly positive opinion of the Obamas the rest of the world holds just makes things worse.
(I assume these people are not part of the 10% of Americans who believe Obama is a Muslim.)

Paul Keating touched the Queen too. The tabloid press went ballistic, because he was a Catholic and Labor as well, no class etc etc.
