Hi Jay now from some e-mails I've sent California seems to be the worst and the mortgage banks leant money to people who couldn't afford what they bought and the banks were uninsured. An old poster here had a morgage company there and it's now closed down. Love Phillipa he doing good though. No depession. May get into radio announcing as he's experienced in that.
