Okay...a few facts here first..
1) The Reagan Republican Administration was in love with Saddam in the early 80's. America gave Iraq tons of money, arms, top secret info..etc. Here is a pic of Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam. 2) Did Saddam have a fair, open trial that the United Nations declares every human deserves? No. I am sure he would have been found guilty, but capital punishment is also a "barbaric crime".
3) America is just as much a covert dictatorship as Saddam's, as the U.S. invaded, stole, and occupied a country, and are trying to force their ways on Iraqi's. In one latest poll, 66 percent of Iraqi's want the U.S. OUT of Iraq. So, America has propped up their own dictatorship.
