Well here's one reason they should legalize it.We all no how prohibition of alcohol worked. End prohibition end our national debt. The money they would save on b*llshit possession charge's alone.HELL in Canada our own Senate recommended to legalize it outright and make it available to anyone 16yrs or older. You can drive a car but you can't smoke a joint???
