That is rediculous, dangerous and uncalled for.
Which hospital is that? I know they aren't all like that - my sis and ex bro-in-law use a place north of you and they've been treated well.
Take pictures and write congressmen, send them to the news, contact Veterans Affairs, do whatever. It doesn't sound like they could make it much worse for him.
Serious - babblemail me some details and I'll start checking into it some, too.
