i was researching about sins, that the holy spirit warns about. I read about vanity, and i always thought vanity was people staring at themselves in the mirror with heavy jewelry and ornaments all over the body, they have so much jererly and make up, and look pale, that's vanity. Laying over a couch indulged in makeup and over use of jerelry, looking at themselves in a mirror. But anyways, vanity is idolatry, narcissism vain glory and idolatry is not only looking up at people as idols, but material things, preoccupation things, whatever you do as aa passion and make it an idol, that's idolatry. And i think also, vanity is desires of flesh, and lusting after emptiness. Emptiness meaning temporary desire pleasures, that are meaning less, there material things, that will just disappear in time. It's said that to long after eternal things, the things of God, to be saved. Vanity is material things are vanity, they are emptiness, when people look into the mirror and only see their ornaments, or accessories of themselves, that's vanity. I think looking for vain glory things, that includes sins, and desires to be like the world.
I want to be in the world, be like the world, i see people and things I had planned on seeing when i was 18, but none of them happened. And you know, i just realized just give, or go to jesus christ, give you life up, and follow me. So, i don't know, i guess that's what im doing is logging all info what I've read and learned. Vanity is all over the world, so its common about doing it. Find things that are eternal, things that are above material things and everyday shopping and buy consume, more . Find eternal things that will last, material things will disappear, and emptiness. Find God, find his mercy, and to be saved from hellfire. Most of the world does not know about hellfire, after death, we have to save people, before its too late. Find God, and through the son, jesus christ, he will save you. All this world you see, is vanity, it will be over with after you die, you can't take anything with you, Know there is afterlife, and there is no becoming one with the universe, no zen, there is no such thing as becoming a god, you find yourself in a horrible place, which were deceived in being eternal with the false gods, which are fallen angels, no going to see ancient ancestors, there is a place called hellfire, trillions of sinners and unrepentant souls are there. Just, wake up, realize it, and find eternal things, not vanity of world. That's all write, read about holy spirit and wanted to log this. Believe, and follow God, repent of sins before its too late.
