1. Go airport, get onto plane, try to feel anticipation and excitement, rather than just plain old scared to death. Do this for five hours. (or-- try to remember to do this, to breathe, to think positive thoughts about how safe airplanes really are, how I sit at home without going anywhere for five hours and am not trapped there-- and therefore am not trapped in an airplane, that this is not "just too hard for me" etc etc etc)
2. Yeah, do number one.
