I'm, you know, OK enough, I guess...
My insurance company denied the request for residential treatment, and suggested a local day program. I had my assessment there today...
And, uh....
Their recommendation was for the same program my T recommended... They won't take me, so that point is moot.
Thanks for caring.
Tomorrow I'll talk to my therapist about whether or not I'm going to appeal.
