> A lot of times I binge eat at night. Sometimes I do it because I am lonely. Other times is because I am bored. A little while ago I got a hold of it becuase I realized I have the power to make it stop. But Lately I have been so unhappy that I've started it up again, not caring what it does to my body until the next morning when I feel so guilty.

On a positive note, you know why you binge. Most people do not have that insight.

Are you really bingeing, or just over-eating. I ask because for me a binge is anything over 100 calories.

You say you feel unhappy. Do you see a therapist or are you on meds? Prozac is said to stop the binge cycle, but I don't know if that is true.

You need to deal with your sadness and then your problems with food probably won't be as bad.

Good luck.
