Hmm it is not easy to describe. Kind of a headache. General feeling of unwellness. The algae oil has 200 EPA 150 DHA. I don't recall about the Fish oil. It was high EPA I think. I have tried 3 or 4 Fish Oils and they all made me feel the same. Yeah, there has been an improvment of mood and anxiety, but I wouldn't count on it as the sole antidepressant agent. In concert with other nutrients, it is good.
Algae Oil is always the "triglycerid" form of EPA/DHA, and Fish Oil almost always not.
> Hi Lamdage, in what way did Fish Oil make you feel worse? Do you know what the EPA & DHA content were? And what it is in your Algae Oil?
