Inositol. Supposedly boosts activity of serotonergic neurons. And it feels serotonergic.
Just wrote a post on it on the medication board if want more info.> I'm exploring ways of boosting my serotonin but haven't responded will to 5-HTP or tryptophan. They both make me tired during the day if I take them in the morning and, oddly, if I take them at night I will wake up a few hours into sleep terribly awake. Is there anything else I can add to my regimen to help (B6 I believe helpsany others?)?
