I don't recall those posts. Some theories say schizophrenia can result from excess copper accumulation. Zinc supplements will reverse that in a couple months. Schiz might also have to do with excess glutamate activity, in which GABA or glycine supplements might help. There is probably a lot of oxidative damage going on too, requiring healthy doses of antioxidants.
I do not know of any rememdy for schiz that works all the time or for everyone. That being said, the most helpful supplements I can think of at this moment are:
Zinc 25mg-50mg
Selenium 200mcg-300mcg
Vitamin C 1000mg-3000mg
Vitamin E 400IU
Magnesium Glycinate or Citrate (titrate up to diarrhea)Other possibles:
Fish oil
Flax oil
Lithium Orotate
GABA
GlycineIt would be interesting to hear about that previous post to see what actually worked with someone.
