Hi,
I find cycling trips 2-4 times a week of aprox. 2 hrs duration each session to be of marked benefit to my general health, incl. mental. Also a diet that cuts out all "modern" processed foods ( in other words a Paleo Diet) The above really helps with mild to moderate depression. It takes will power and a few weeks to really see results though.
