I am confused. You got a nice effect from amisulpride for a couple days and then it faded. But you were on it for years? I don't understand that. Why would anyone stay on a drug that long if it helped for a couple days and nothing after that? What size dose did you take?

When I tried tyrosine it made me feel good for a couple days and then no good after that. As I kept taking it I started getting paranoid, more depressed, anxiety, jitters, shaking fingers. I felt good at first, and then bad.

My experience with amisulpride is similar to yours.
