i have been taking tyrosine, twice daily, with prozac, 10 mgs., and some tryptophan at night, and since adding the tyrosine, i feel very energetic, and have cut down my coffee intake, a def plus!! i really love the effect of tyrosine, and just tonight, after running, i took 2 grams of inositol, i feel so focused, it is very relaxing, but i do have ocd, so i think that is where i am getting a benefit!! i hope to lower the typtophan, [fear of serotonin syndrome, though i don't think likely at 2 capsules, some nights 1]] and up inositol to 4-5 grams, depending on side effects...john
