it supposiely delivers gaba bonded to niacin which can cross the blood brain barrier unlike other gaba - direct meds, niacin is somehow rrelatated to gaba receptors and binds, bringing along the gaba with it.
question is, does it downregulate gabaergic receptors or do anything not good.... its a strange idea. niacin is strange to play around with, especially in the brain.
interesting tho, no tolerance develops? if you are receiving exogenous gaba then your body should produce less.... just like a benzo...
