Apparently Acetyl L-Carnitine may be helpful. It is also supposed to be good for, among other things, memory.
"ALC inhibits the excessive release of Cortisol in response to Stress and inhibits the depletion of Luteinising Hormone Releasing Hormone (LHRH) and Testosterone that occurs as a result of excessive Stress"
I'll have a look through my saved/bookmarked information and see if I had come across anything else when I was doing my research on natural remedies in the past few months.
