WORD!
I've been using it for about a week now and have seen a substantial improvement in mood and anxiety.I'm calmer yet more alert,I actually have motivation to do things instead of putting them off.I've tried 5-htp,tryptophan and st.johns wort, and this is by far the best natural antidepressant I've tried.I'm also more social and outgoing.Of course this is not a cure all by any means but it has helped me significantly, and would suggest others try it.If you don't have experience with rhodiola, make sure you get the Russian kind,it has been shown to be 2 times more effective than the Tibetan or Chinese kind. Also make sure you get a product that is standardized to 3% rosavin and 1% silidroside.I'm currently using Enzymatic Therapy brand, which has been the most effective for me, also Rhodax is pretty good. The least effective for me has been Arctic Root from Swedish Herbal Institute.
