My issue is that copyright law prohibits piracy and civil society encourages citizens to share their knowledge of what is expected of responsible citizens. Are you interested in that exercise?
You are the one who did not respond to me supportively. SLS thanked me for pointing out his piracy. You defended the piracy and accused me of being uncivil for citing expectations of civil law. You prefer to defend piracy and accuse others of being uncivil when they oppose piracy. Your behavior borders on intimidating a witness. If your intent is to dissuade me from reporting piracy, you may be tampering with a witness contrary to 18 U.S. Code § 1512(d)(2).
At a minimum, you might incur some liability for refusing to acknowledge what any responsible Website administrator must know - that stealing content from other sites is wrong. When you passively allow such piracy, you might not be liable, but when you attack those who point out piracy, you might be liable for the piracy.
