You will have to send an email to Dr. Bob at bob@dr-bob.org (it's at the bottom left-hand corner of every board page) and tell him you didn't get a reset message. Put something about Babble in the subject line to catch his eye since he may have lots of email about things not related to PB.
I always recommend putting a post on Admin, too, saying "I sent you an email," or something like that. I do that because you never know whether he will check his email or these boards first.
