OK, let's give it a try. Hope springs eternal. Here's some negativity:

> Babble is in danger of going under

> you have punished and even taunted me
> I am punished for constructive suggestions, and posters in a negative, destructive frame of mind are supported in that behavior!

> so many people have left, and so many of those remaining are worried.

And here's a minimal administrative action:

Post about outcomes you hope for instead of those you fear. Support rather than accuse. Don't discourage; encourage.

How effective will that be? We'll see.
