I don't think you can infer that. It looks to me like Bob fixed this error within hours of a notification being sent to him (as opposed to just posting here). Which is what the instructions with the error message said to do. Not that I did that. I'm embarassed to admit that I was lazy and waited several days for someone else to do it.
I'm not sure what's causing the other error that we see now and then but I don't think having to hit refresh now and then is that big a deal. Not on a free board that doesn't bombard me with ads. Now if it were my overpriced ISP that both charges me and makes me read ads....
