If there are other posts on the board(s) by the poster that was likely PWB, it is (probably) simply because Dr. Bob or his deputy forgot to search for every single post by that screen name, or hasn't has time, or something like that. The deletion process has to be done manually for each and every post and can be quite hard and time-consuming.

I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here. If you could post answers to the following, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
A. What could be your explanation as to if Mr. Hsiung and/or his deputy are doing the deletions, as to why there are pages of outstanding notifications from me and also requests from me to the administration going back days, weeks an years?
B. If one of them could do deletions, would that mean in your thinking that they could also respond to my requests and notifications?
C. Would the fact that there are deletions mean that either Mr. Hsiung or his deputy are aware of my requests to them and notifications to them?
D. If they are doing the deletions, what in your opinion could be (redacted by respondent).
