I think there is a group dynamic in play here, but unlike group therapy, there's no leader or active guidance. It's up to us (within the written guidelines in the FAQs) to steer our own behaviors towards each other.I know that I have learned many things in the time I've been here; one of those things is how quickly heated exchanges can become when people have strong beliefs. Sometimes they can be conducted in a highly spirited and excited way. At other times it can turn awry and feelings can be hurt. I know I tend towards quiet and the "delete" key (generally) whereas previously I would post and post away, often with regretable - on my part - results.
