Lou: You wrote,[...a difficult time...you..will understand...my preferences...] I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here. If you could post answers here to the following, then I could have the oportunity to respond accordingly.

A. Is the difficult time a period that you are in that there is something that you can not overcome yet?

Answer: Yes, that is true. It is personal circumstances and excessive adversity that will likely be overcome by the end of the year.

B. If so, could an b-mail to you prevent you from overcomming whatever it is, or just keep you from trying to overcome whatever it is or something else?

Answer: No, a b-mail will not prevent me from overcoming these situations, but b-mails from strangers might add stressors to an existing pile of serious stressors that even the most "sane" would have difficulties dealing with. So it is best for me to prevent unnecessary stressors, even the small ones, as much as possible.

C. If you are accepting b-mails, what could be your prederences for the contet to be?

Answer: no preference in content, but my preference is to not recieive b-mails that may by sent with intentions that exclude supportive intent, and I have no interest in receiving b-mails from strangers who send me b-mails unrelated to support.

D. Could the content be related to helping you overcome whatever it is as being difficult, if it is something that you can not overcome yet?

Answer: Possibly. Social support is often a precursor to better life outcomes for those facing tragedies and adversity.

E. other good and just answers to questions not stated.

Answer; I left my b-mail on mostly in the event that others (I have 2 or 3 people in mind) who I've previously corresponded with wish to contact me; they are some who I have not seen on the forum lately.
