I can understand how asking for a deletion of a post or even requests I have seen by others for deletion or editing could be very frustrating when Dr. Bob or adm. members give no reply nor action.
I believe IF there were more monitoring of the forum, some issues could be resolved. My main concern is the trend I see as the expectation that posters work things out amoung themselves and seeing situations grow in very negative ways before any adm. intervening. I think NOT stopping a raging fight between posters could be harmful. And sanctions do tend to cool things down imo - at least on the forum for all the witness.
The flip is some posters have expressed the forum adm. has been and continues to be too strict and hands-on. So, I guess determining irritations, breaches in adm. accountiblity, breaches in poster responsibilities etc. and their level of importance are in the eye of the beholder.
