Weird thing on med board

I open posts in the medication forum and the posts flashes for a second and then I get an error message that looks like this

Sorry, we couldn't find http://api.tweetmeme.com/button.js%3Furl%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.dr-bob.org%252Fbabble%252F20091117%252Fmsgs%252F926371.html.

Yet, I seem to be able to open stuff on the admin board.

Anyone know what's happening.
