Mr. Hsiung and his deputies:
I am wondering if the rule here concerning notifications has been changed. My concern is in reporting posts as to how I could determine , if it is needed, as to if the member in question is one or is not one that I have notified posts to you about as to being three times that you say the posts are acceptable, so that I can know in advance which members I can or can nor use the notification feature here or not.
