If you could, then I could have the opportunity to make my own determination as to if I do or do not have to send the notification again to receive a reply or to see it addressed on the thread that it was posted on.

> Do you realize that at the very same time you appear to be objecting to what you perceive as "having additional terms and conditions added", you are asking Deputy 10derheart to perform additional tasks beyond what a deputy would normally do in the course of addressing a notification from a poster? What do you think about that?

> When it came up before, and it would seem as it was requested now, the request to re-send the notification is about making it easier to locate, open, read, and begin the process of addressing the notification. If I had asked that of you in a similar situation when I was still a deputy, I would be asking you for this assistance (resending the notification) so that I could more efficiently meet your need of getting a response. In my case, notifications came to my email inbox along with all the other emails that email address received. Emails from a day or two ago could easily move to the second page or deeper into the inbox, and this would make it more difficult to locate a specific message. If I asked and you had sent it again, I would be prepared to watch for it, and I would almost certainly spot a message I was expecting. So essentially, a reasonable person would conclude that Deputy 10derheart is asking you, quite politely, for your assistance so that she can assist you more efficiently. It would seem likely that she wishes to address your notification as quickly as she can since you've been waiting. And it is not a stretch to come to the conclusion that she believes that if you resend the message, she will be able to find it more efficiently.

If I were Deputy 10derheart, I would appreciate feeling able to work together with you to meet your need, and I would value mutual courtesy, flexibility, and a pragmatic, problem-solving approach. I know from experience that is certainly available from Deputy 10derheart. I hope you feel comfortable joining with her so that she can provide you with the response to your notification as soon as she is able.

My conclusion could be wrong, I admit. But if it's accurate, than it would seem that any assistance offered that was geared towards what appeared to be the primary problem, getting you a speedy response to your notification, would be less likely to be satisfactory. Yeah, this is coming back to me more now. And yet, I'm throwing this out there for you anyway. For whatever it's worth...

You wrote,[...you are asking (the deputy) to perform {additional} tasks.
I am unsure as to what the task that you are referring to could be additional because the TOS says that the member sends the notification and the administration will either reply to the member or post in the thread where the post in question is. How is doing that, if that is what you are wanting to mean, {additional]? I am only asking for the notification to be acted on by the administration. I will resend it if all of the administration writes that they can not find it, I have no problem with that if they all do that. I am waiting for the other deputies to post as to if they can find it or not.
