IMO, it's okay to post and to accept cookies, etc. Dr. Bob would have said not to, and turned off posting if it wasn't. This is not an uncommon occurence, depending on your browser and its settings. I think IE, IE7 for sure, tends to pop up that one more often, but I could be wrong. (I use Firefox)
I have gotten this message other times, not yet here, but on other sites. It is sort of a browser's way of alerting that the web address in the url of the page you are trying to get to at that moment doesn't exactly match the security certificate of the site - more a 'heads up' for the admin, really. Like it changes between http://dr-bob.org and www.dr-bob.org. - same place, slightly different way of accessing.
My understanding is that whenever you see this, as long as you don't continue on to the site/page (which should actually be okay - just viewing) AND then give it personal info about yourself (like filling in a form) you are fine, even if someone is trying to do something....rarely the case.
Gosh, I've probably made the mud muddier. Please someone correct my misstatements and say this a better way. I understand it's not a big deal, but I don't know the right technical words to describe why.....
