New Posting Name

Hi,
Just to let you know, I used to post under the name "Alvin", after the cartoon "Alvin and the Chipmunks" - Alvin was the chipmunk always getting into trouble.

I changed my name because I am really a female (not a chipmunk) and I have a diagnosis of bipolar II rapid cycling, which is occurs more frequently in women than men.

I have received a lot of support from this site; I hope I can help others as well.
