So once you have gotten a PBC, no matter what the circumstances are, and if a PBC is forever, then that means that that person no longer gets ANY warnings, and are immediately blocked?
So even if in the past you were blocked, and paid your dues from your punishment, it still is not forgiven because the first offense will always be there?
Plus I would like my post above answered too officially, since the rules don't specify.I feel we should all know what the rules are, and they need to be enforced the same way, no matter who it is, everytime. If everyone has a different view on how the rules are to be enforced, and not written official in the rules, it leaves deputies in a postion of having to make that decision based on what they feel, which opens the possiblity of it being a subjective decision, not an objective one.
