In the prior situation, giving myself a PBC would be taking on a secondary role to myself. Making posts as a deputy and as a Babbler on the same thread is a different situation.

Just because someone does not agree with you does not automatically mean they didn't understand you. Posting as a deputy and as a Babbler are equal roles to me, and they can and do occur at the same time at times. There is no primary and secondary to it. Or if forced to label them, I would probably say posting as a Babbler was primary. That didn't change when I volunteered to help out here. But one role is not more important, valuable than the other. Neither takes precedence over the other, to me. Does one take precedence over the other to you?
