I think there is a difference between sparring and fighting but different people have different thresholds. I reckon it can be really hard to tell online too without the cues of tone of voice, volume, posture etc.
Sometimes at work I think people are fighting but they think they are having a discussion.I would like to learn to get better at discussions or sparring so that people are less likely to feel threatened or feel that people are being hostile, however.

Sometimes I find the volume of content prohibitive. Yeah, I hear what you are saying, though. I reckon the best writers write simply so that everyone can understand. I have a lot to learn with that.> I find that being able to detatch and look upon the threads as productive and lively, but not mean necessarily, I'm not as likely to be upset by them.
