The gramatical structure here leads me to have a want to know {who or what} is the precipatator of your feeling annoyed. Could you write what or who this is, if it is someone or something that is causing you to feel annoyed?

If you think that I am in a state that is not calm, could you explain what was the criteria that you used to think that I was in a state that was not calm?
