Or something based solely on health.
Like "Scores between xxx and yyy are associated with higher rates of whatever they're associated with. Using diet and exercise to bring your BMI between aaaa and bbbb have been shown to have whatever benefits they're associated with bringing." Or "congratulations, your BMI results are considered ideal for your health, but of course continue to get your regular checkups."
Totally consequences oriented with no nasty little labels.
But Dr. Bob, could I ask if there's a reason for them on Babble? Are you trying to find a correlation between mental health board participation and BMI? Or internet useage and lack of exercise?
