It seems like she was finally feeling pretty good and wanted to goof around and she gets slapped.
I don't even care if she was flouting the rules.
The warning example of everyone feeling free to flouting rules and the place running amok doesn't work, this kind of baseless action causes more harm than the original one

She obviously was selective about which one to flout. It had about as much harm as taking the asterisk out of P*m P*m for gods sake.
I can't even belive (well yes I can) it happened.

Maybe burp should be asterisked too.
