I don't think that the loss of googleability would be unimportant. I think keeping Babble searchable is very important. But as I've been explaining...
Babble can become a members-only site and STILL BE searchable via google. Public search of Babble is technically possible even if Babble becomes closed to public reading.
That is why I suggested we should put forward *other* objections if we want to oppose Babble becoming members-only.
