However, for myself I've never felt more supported or cared about on this site than when people registered on the admin board their disagreement with a judgement Dr. Bob made about something I posted, even knowing it wouldn't have made a difference.
I have to say though, that I fully understand why people don't do it, or don't like the admin board, it can be really stressful.
But there is actually no comparison for me in the feeling of being supported than when people took a stand for me.
Which is why I'll still say something,if I see something I think isn't fair, even knowing it won't make a difference, or haven't posted elsewhere.I compare it to my being fired for an unfair reason, and having co-workers go to my boss and said they thought it was wrong, rather than just saying "sorry it happened, I'll miss you"
Both are important, but as Wildcard said people are different..
