why did you misquote me, barosky? you deleted the last line of my post.i think you're preaching to the choir. i've been here for a while and big part of my point was that i don't think the rules are enforced fairly. and if you read some of my recent threads i have been complaining about that. i only made the point that i think the rules *in principle* are not a bad idea. i just wish we had a better enforcement system.
