Go through the FAQs to "Update Registration."
This should be the right area:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
Put in your name and password, if not already there. Then, when you click the "Update Registration" button, you'll the see the place to choose Babblemail ON or OFF.
