I use a site called time and date.com Got to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
and click on "Personal World Clock".
My young son's best friend moved to Australia, and my grown-up son will be heading to Iraq soon (ugh!), so I've got mine set up for my nearest big city (Phoenix -- Arizona is expecially difficult because the rest of the U.S. uses daylight savings time, and we don't!), plus Melbourne and Baghdad. The site has advertising, but it's not too intrusive.
