The idea is not to discuss specific ways of harming oneself. I guess discussing is asking or answering, but sometimes the question is about safety rather than danger, and then I've tended to let it go. Even though saying x dose is safe may help someone else harm themselves, since then they know to take more than x. In this case, I thought the combination rather than dosages made it "specific". Does that make any more sense?
