Gravol is an antiemetic, and the active compound is the same one found in the u.s. OTC drug Dramamine...i know not what dr. bob opines about the query, as one might want to determine what is being proposed by the poster...
Tylenol #3 is a specific preparation of the active compounds acetaminophen and codeine phosphate, and is dispensed in only one ``strength:'' there is one and only one descriptor for the amounts of acetaminophen and codeine salt in one tablet of Tylenol #3. there are other problems with this drug, aside from those associated with the two compounds mentioned here, and will be omitted from this post...acetaminophen alone is problematic, as most people know...
posting information about more specific metrics by which chemicals are evaluated for the potential of harm - such as the LD$_{50}$ - has been prohibited as far as i know...
just a heads-up that a post such as this one is not much different than one in which an inquiry is made pertaining to Gravol and measures of vodka-containing drinks...or Gravol and Coca-Cola...or Gravol and a three-hour boat ride...yours, chemist
